What does ELM Income Groupsm do?
We formed ELM Income Group to help people increase their sustainable lifetime income. ELM has worked with its insurance company partners to design innovative fixed annuities that provide insurance-related guarantees. We will publish information on retirement risks that is difficult to locate and facts about fixed annuities that are not well known. Finally we will listen to the ELM annuity purchasers and work with our insurance company partners to develop new products.

No. Our only source of compensation is our commission charge.
