OUR COMMITMENT TO PRIVACY

This Privacy Policy explains how ELM Income Group, Inc. (“ELM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, stores, and uses information of visitors (“you”) to our Web site (the “Site”). If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use our Site.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

As a visitor to this Site, you can engage in most activities without providing any personal information. Telephone Numbers

We do not collect telephone numbers without the Site visitor voluntarily providing us with this information (typically via contacting us through our feedback e-mail, or non-online to our sales, marketing, or support staff). We will periodically use your telephone information to contact you regarding service, sales, support, and marketing purposes. Aggregate Data

ELM may collect information about the use of the Site, such as the types of services used and how many users we receive daily. Insurance Companies/Service Providers

OUR COMMITMENT TO CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information from the site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of the Site is structured to attract anyone under 13.

SECURITY: ONLINE AND OFFLINE
