Research shows that fixed annuities are important for retirees. Yet, most retirees do not understand or appreciate fixed annuities.
It is easy to see why this is. Annuity contracts can contain a wide range of complex product features. Just finding what provisions are offered can be time consuming.
Moreover, some annuities can be very costly.
ELM® set out to improve this situation. We worked with insurers to create new fixed annuity products and to use their call centers to explain and sell the products. As a result, we offer innovative and competitive products on the ELM website.
And, we try to make it easy to learn about the value of fixed annuities on our website.
